Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator

Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Coordinator 6-month Contract Phoenix, AZ Must be able to work on a W2 We are seeking a Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) Coordinator to support global environmental compliance initiatives across multiple time-sensitive projects. This individual contributor role focuses on data management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and supplier outreach to ensure products meet global environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Cal Prop 65). Key Responsibilities Manage and analyze compliance data; maintain accuracy across multiple systems and reports Support PEC evidence submissions and collaborate with third-party compliance partners Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and meet deadlines Communicate with suppliers to obtain and review required PEC documentation Identify data gaps, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements Qualifications Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environments #J-18808-Ljbffr GForce Life Sciences
