Senior Treasury Analyst

The Senior Treasury Analyst will support Pizza Hut’s treasury function through day-to-day cash management, liquidity planning, global bank account administration, treasury reporting, and financial risk analysis. This role will help execute treasury processes, maintain accurate banking and cash records, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners, and provide timely analysis and documentation that support scalable treasury operations and informed decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES: Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Forecasting: Support cash positioning, visibility, forecasting, funding and intercompany activity; analyze cash flows, liquidity needs, assumptions, and variances; and monitor balances and transactions in line with policies and approvals. Banking Operations, Administration, and Controls: Manage bank account openings, closures, updates, signatories, access, records, and due diligence; coordinate with banking partners; execute controls and approvals; and improve banking governance and processes. Treasury Reporting, Analysis, and Process Improvement: Prepare recurring reporting and decision-support analysis for cash, liquidity, banking activity, exposures, fees, and other metrics; improve data quality, templates, dashboards, and documentation; and support treasury projects. Financial Risk Management and Capital Support: Analyze foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, counterparty, financing, covenant, and capital considerations; track market drivers; and support risk mitigation, financing readiness, and transformation initiatives. Cross-Functional Partnership and Stakeholder Support: Coordinate treasury processes, reporting, issue resolution, requirements, timelines, risks, and follow-up actions with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and attention to detail. People Leadership: Individual contributor with no direct reports; may provide work direction, review support, and coordination for external advisors and cross-functional contributors. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Five years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, accounting, financial planning, or a related finance role. Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, working capital, and core corporate finance concepts. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, risks, and recommended actions. High attention to detail and ownership of accuracy, documentation, records management, controls, and follow-through. Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain treasury concepts and build trust across internal teams and external partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment and discretion, and operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Curiosity, a continuous-improvement mindset, and a commitment to financial stewardship and scalable processes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA, CTP, CPA, or a related certification. Experience with cash management and forecasting, liquidity reporting, bank account administration, banking documentation, or treasury operations. Experience coordinating with banking partners and cross-functional stakeholders on account administration, documentation, issue resolution, and process execution. Experience in a corporate, banking, consumer, retail, restaurant, franchise, or multinational environment. Exposure to financial risk management, debt, credit facilities, foreign exchange, or capital markets. Experience supporting process improvement, controls, reporting enhancements, or finance transformation initiatives. The posted salary range is the expected salary range for this position.
