Project Manager, Civil Engineering Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid A well-established multidisciplinary design and engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager, Civil Engineering to lead commercial and residential land development projects throughout Southern California. Responsibilities Manage land development projects from entitlement through design and construction. Lead project teams and coordinate internal staff, clients, consultants, contractors, and public agencies. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans while maintaining profitability and quality standards. Oversee preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents. Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and ensure seamless project delivery. Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Support permitting efforts and conduct code, agency, and regulatory reviews. Provide construction phase support, including site visits, submittal reviews, and responses to contractor inquiries. Mentor junior engineers and support team development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. 7+ years of civil engineering experience focused on land development projects. Experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. Proficiency with Civil 3D. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
