Position Summary: We're looking for a detail-oriented, driven Enrollment Specialist to join our Account Services Team. This is a behind-the-scenes operations role, perfect for someone who loves owning a process end-to-end and takes pride in making complexity feel effortless for the people on the other end. This entry-level position oversees the participant enrollment experience for the executives our corporate clients send through our courses. This position also directly supports our Foundational Leadership Course through sending course logistics, aiding in materials production, and technology setup, turning a client's verbal commitment into a fully onboarded participant, and serving as a primary point of contact for facilitators and participants. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in complex, detail-heavy processes in operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role across industries, and brings a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through. This position reports directly to the Manager of Enrollment. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end participant enrollment lifecycle across all programs, from verbal commitment through onboarding and program launch Follow standardized enrollment workflows for a consistent participant experience Support transfers, withdrawals, deferrals, and other non-standard scenarios with accurate records and clear communication Provide logistics, aid in materials production, and support delivery for assigned Foundational Leadership Courses (FLC) Set up courses in the Stagen Technology Platform and troubleshoot basic technical issues for participants Serve as a primary point of contact for the executives enrolled in our program and the facilitators who lead it, throughout enrollment and delivery Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve enrollment and billing issues Monitor enrollment progress, flagging at-risk or stalled enrollments and driving follow-up to maintain momentum Maintain accurate participant data in Salesforce, along with shared inboxes, documentation, and enrollment reporting Support the Account Services Service Model through templates, tools, and quality standards Qualifications Administrative experience in enrollment, onboarding, operations, logistics coordination, client services, or another fast-paced coordination role where they are comfortable working in complex, multi-step processes Strong customer service and relationship-management skills, with a high-touch, professional approach to their work Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple workflows at once Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including troubleshooting basic technical issues across platforms Disclaimer: Stagen Leadership Academy is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, veteran status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status or disability (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act) with respect to employment opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stagen Leadership Academy
