Night Shift Welder/Fitter

Welder / Fitter Shifts Available Night Shift: 4:00 PM 2:30 AM (OT Fri + some Saturdays) Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay: $24.50 $28.25/hr Environment: Heavy manufacturing Responsibilities Perform structural welding & fitting on large steel poles Use Metalcore & Flux Core (FCAW) welding Read and follow blueprints & weld drawings Fit, align, and assemble large structural components Complete required weld & fitting tests (1G plate) Inspect welds for quality & accuracy Maintain a safe, clean work environment Requirements 1+ years structural welding/fitting experience Experience with large structural materials Proficient in Metalcore & Flux Core welding Ability to pass 1G weld test (" plate, metalcore) Ability to pass fitting test Strong blueprint reading skills Reliable work history Preferred Experience with large poles or structural fabrication Experience in heavy manufacturing environments Why Join?
