Analytics & Process Optimization Manager

Lead enterprise-wide analytics, modeling, and process optimization initiatives supporting regulated laboratory, donor, logistics, and commercial operations. Develop predictive and optimization models for operational planning, pricing, forecasting, and capacity management. Apply industrial engineering, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows. Conduct statistical analysis and performance measurement. Design executive dashboards and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
