American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN for a skilled home health position requiring an active OR RN license and at least 1 year of skilled home health experience. Requirements Active Oregon RN license required before start date; temporary licenses not accepted Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care (SOC) visits Proficiency in Home Care Home Base (HCHB) required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Responsibilities Skilled Home Health setting serving a mid-Willamette Valley service area 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patients per day Approximately 30 productivity points per week Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) 4x10 and 3x12 schedules are not available Weekend support may be required No on-call requirement Service area may extend up to approximately 60 miles or 60-90 minutes of total driving per day Uses Home Care Home Base (HCHB), Remote Client for Home Health, Rover phone application, and OASIS documentation Facility makes efforts to group patient visits to minimize driving Business casual attire required; no jeans; scrubs permitted but not required with no specific color Free parking available on-site Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved Blackout periods apply during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Local clinicians accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate Travel pairs accepted, with each traveler assigned to their own territory and required to have their own transportation First-time travelers are accepted for this position Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Job ID: P-772658 Open Positions: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler, LLC.
