About the Role East Coast Appliance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail sales team. This role is ideal for a results‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet and exceed revenue goals. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high‑quality in‑store experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom. Train team members to build strong product knowledge and selling skills. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential) – $55k+ Paid bi‑weekly. Paid training and onboarding. Career growth opportunities within a growing company.
