• Conduct a diverse array of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during all procedures while ensuring clear communication throughout
• Work hand-in-hand with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, reporting any issues as needed
• Document procedures meticulously and manage patient records accurately within the electronic medical system
• Stay informed on advancements in ultrasound technology and best practices

Education Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is highly preferred

Certification Requirements

• Must possess current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
