Engineering Manager

Engineering ManagerWe are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team for a well-established manufacturer of high-performance industrial equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused primarily on mechanical engineering, product design, and R&D, while overseeing a team of Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers. The ideal candidate is a strong mechanical engineering leader with experience designing and manufacturing industrial equipment from concept through production. Position offers up to $165K salary depending on experience. Long-term growth with a stable, innovative manufacturer.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of five engineers across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and quality disciplinesDrive mechanical product development from concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production releaseProvide hands-on engineering support, technical troubleshooting, and design guidanceLead R&D initiatives and continuous product improvement effortsPartner with manufacturing to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and costEstablish engineering standards, documentation practices, and department processesSupport customers, sales, vendors, and cross-functional teams with technical expertiseRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field5+ years of mechanical engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilitiesStrong background in mechanical product design and manufacturing within an industrial environmentHands-on experience taking products from concept through commercializationStrong problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsExperience with electric motors preferredApplication Process: If your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.
