Manager - It Application Support - Remote (Ebs)

This position reports to: Dir, It Digital Delivery

Support of Applications

• Manage the day-to-day operations of corporate applications.
• Supervise the management processes of incidents, problems, and events, aligned with ITIL practices and governance standards.
• Supervise the resolution of problems and code changes throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and regulations.
• Act in partnership with IT and business areas for the transition of projects and improvements to stable operations.
• Monitor KPIs of system availability, incident resolution, and operational performance.
• Provide dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure the adoption of the shift-left approach in the support organization, through the dissemination of knowledge and documentation.

Management of Suppliers and Stakeholders

• Build solid relationships with external suppliers for support and service delivery.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Manage timelines, resources, and financial aspects of IT components in the programs under your responsibility.

Development and Training of the Team

• Lead, develop, and mentor the professionals under your direct management, aiming at the continuous improvement of IT capabilities necessary to increase the organization's performance in the defined scope.
• Promote continuous improvement through team retrospectives, teaching problem-solving techniques, and encouraging team members' responsibility.
• Provide regular, timely, and constructive feedback, ensuring clarity on performance, responsibilities, and business impact.
• Manage performance issues when necessary.
• Promote a business-oriented culture, based on continuous improvement of services.
• Work with IT leadership to plan future competency needs, developing the appropriate mix of business, data, process, and technical skills.
• Foster a culture of technical discipline, excellence, and innovation within the scope.
• Promote continuous improvement of deliveries, ensuring compliance with the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Participate in other projects and activities as assigned.

What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administration, or related fields;
• Advanced/fluent English.
