Security Officer - Additional Shifts

Position Overview GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on customer service and building meaningful connections with visitors, staff, and shifts. Responsibilities include welcoming, verifying identity, managing access control, patrolling, handling incidents, and writing incident reports. Benefits Site location: San Francisco, CA Schedule: Flex – Day, Swing, and Grave shifts (must be available on weekends) Competitive hourly wage of $Site Pay / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED One year of customer service experience (required) One year of security experience (required) Proficient in basic phone and computer skills Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience – even better!
