Entry Level Event Coordinator

Position Summary We are looking for an organized and proactive Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with planning and executing promotional events and company activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, working with a team, and helping create positive experiences for attendees and customers.
Responsibilities Assist with organizing event schedules, task lists, and preparation timelines.
Coordinate event materials, promotional displays, and other required supplies.
Help prepare event spaces and ensure materials are arranged according to established plans.
Support attendee registration, greeting, and general event inquiries.
Communicate with team members to confirm responsibilities and provide updates on event preparations.
Monitor event activities and help address routine logistical needs as they arise.
Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of event equipment and materials.
Maintain accurate records of event details, supply needs, and completed tasks.
Gather feedback from team members and attendees to help improve future events.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines during event activities.
Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Ability to collaborate with different team members and adapt to changing needs.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Interest in event planning, coordination, or promotional activities.
Previous event experience is helpful but not required.
