Entry-Level Sales Representative About Us

What You’ll DoMeet business owners and decision-makers face to face to offer supplemental insurance solutions
Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll clients in coverage
Build relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Learn and grow through hands-on training and mentorship
Commission-based pay with a starting base draw and bonuses
Agents average $65,000–$85,000 per year
Licensing assistance and reimbursement
Supportive, service-oriented team culture
Independence and flexibility as an independent contractor
Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable building relationships face to face
Eager to grow and help others
