Requirements Solid technical aptitude and basic HVAC knowledge. Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and in tight crawl spaces. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude encouraged; EPA certification preferred; NATE certification is a plus but not required.
