Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care consistent with the interprofessional plan of care and regulatory standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Act as a patient and family advocate, upholding ethical principles and patient privacy.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions to subsequent services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in the State of Michigan.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• NIH Stroke Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and high workloads.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
