Position Description: Receiving Clerk Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Job Type: Full time DiCarlo Distributors, Inc. is a family owned foodservice distributor that has been serving customers since 1963. We are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments Verify products and quantities against receiving documents Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items Enter receiving information accurately into the inventory system Label and direct products to the appropriate storage areas Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation Communicate with warehouse staff, purchasing, and vendors to resolve discrepancies Assist with inventory counts, audits, and related office duties Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Cross train in inventory and other operations office functions as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team Previous receiving, inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience is preferred Safety shoes are required Benefits and Company Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account Company paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, sick time, and vacation Employee discount programs Staff appreciation lunches Employee recognition programs Comfortable jeans work environment Equal Opportunity Employer DiCarlo Distributors, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
