Our sales team works both sides of the transaction: acquiring profitable opportunities and selling those opportunities to our network of real estate investors. We provide the leads, systems, inventory, training, and structure. Our sales representatives are responsible for executing.

We are looking for competitive, coachable salespeople who can communicate effectively, negotiate, follow up relentlessly, and close.

The Role
As a

One Roof Sales Representative , you will be trained in the full wholesale real estate sales process. Depending on your strengths and the needs of the company, your primary focus may be

Acquisitions

or

Dispositions .

Acquisitions

Build relationships with agents, wholesalers, and property sellers.

Source and negotiate off-market real estate opportunities.

Analyze properties using ARV, comps, repairs, and investor margins.

Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms.

Consistently follow up with leads and opportunities.

Dispositions

Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers and investors.

Match properties with the right buyers based on location, price, strategy, and rehab.

Market and sell contracted properties.

Negotiate pricing and assignment terms.

Follow up with buyers and move deals toward closing.

Maximize profitability while maintaining strong buyer relationships.

What We Are Looking For

1+ year of sales experience preferred.

Strong phone presence and communication skills.

Comfortable negotiating and asking for the sale.

Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented.

Disciplined with follow-up.

Organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline.

Able to perform in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

Real estate experience preferred, but not required.

Familiarity with ARV, comps, repairs, cash buyers, and hard money is a plus.

CRM experience preferred, including Close and Podio.

Performance Expectations

Compensation

Expected earnings of $60,000 - $250,000 in your first year ($1,000 - $4,500/Week)

Uncapped commission structure.
