Hours: Flexible start times between 8 AM and 9 AM
Job Description
firstPRO 360 is seeking an experienced AR / Contracts Billing Specialist for a contract opportunity with a national leader in the facility services industry. The ideal candidate has strong high-volume billing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict monthly deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process approximately 500–600 invoices per month.
- Review customer contracts and establish accurate billing profiles.
- Handle fixed and variable billing based on contract terms, labor hours, square footage, and service dates.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Assist with both contract billing and work order billing.
- Research billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of AR, invoicing, or contract billing experience.
- High-volume billing experience (500–600 invoices/month).
- Experience reviewing contracts and setting up billing profiles.
- Knowledge of fixed and variable billing structures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a huge plus!
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
