What You'll Do

As a Member Solutions Specialist, you'll combine exceptional customer service with consultative sales. You'll:

• Speak with members who have requested assistance
• Build trust through genuine conversations and professional follow-up
• Help members understand benefits and financial solutions available to them
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Recommend life insurance, supplemental benefits, and retirement-focused solutions when appropriate
• Generate referrals through outstanding member experiences
• Deliver the kind of service that keeps members coming back and referring others
