Office Assistant

Location: 609 S Grant St, Amarillo, TX 79101
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

H & R Foods , a Division of PAK Quality Foods , is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a key role that supports daily operations, customer service, and coordination between office and warehouse activities. • Provide customer service support, including processing incoming orders

• Answer and manage calls using a multi-line telephone system

• Manage outbound mail and related communications

• Operate office equipment, including copy and fax machines

• Perform general office functions, including filing, ten-key entry, and administrative support tasks

• Maintain spreadsheets and perform general typing and data entry tasks

• Assist with inbound inventory processes and organization

• Support preparation of routes for next-day operations

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and spreadsheet proficiency

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented

• Consistent full-time schedule — no weekends
