Our client is an established commercial vehicle braking company , providing braking solutions for heavy-duty trucks and commercial fleets nationwide.

They are hiring a Director of Sales to lead a national sales team, drive new business growth, and expand relationships with commercial fleet operators across the U.S.

Highlights:

$140K-$165K+ Y1 OTE with uncapped commission
Lead and develop a national sales team of 4–5 representatives
Drive new business growth across commercial fleets nationwide
Player-coach leadership role with opportunities to close deals personally
Health insurance and retirement plan

What They're Looking For:

3-5+ years of sales leadership experience
Proven success leading sales teams across large regional or national territories
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of new business development
Experience coaching, developing, and driving performance across outside sales teams
Comfortable balancing strategic sales leadership with hands-on business development

Experience selling into commercial fleets, transportation, trucking, industrial markets, or distribution channels is a plus, but direct industry experience is not required .

Candidates ideally based in the Chicago/Milwaukee area , although other locations near major airports will be considered. Must be comfortable with 50%+ national travel , including overnight trips.
