First American Bank and Trust is looking for a driven, motivated Loan Officer to join our team. We welcome experienced sales professionals from any industry who are looking to build a rewarding career in banking. Lending experience is a plus but not required.
** Responsibilities **
- Build and manage a strong client pipeline and portfolio
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Guide customers through the loan application and approval process
- Identify lending opportunities and provide solutions that meet customers’ financial needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
** Qualifications **
- Proven sales experience in any industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 4 years of sales or related experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
