Now Hiring: Notary Public (MUST be currently commissioned) Gentilly Mail & Copy Center – 3157 Gentilly Blvd, New Orleans, LA and/or Old Metairie Mail and Copy Center - 609 Metairie Rd, Metairie, LA Pay is $21/hour for currently commissioned Louisiana Notary Public Gentilly Mail & Copy Center has become a trusted staple in the local community over the past 10 years, known for our wide range of services and commitment to excellent customer service. We’re a proud neighborhood small business with a strong team of about 15 employees, and we’re looking to add someone who will help continue building our reputation for excellence. Schedule: Primarily 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shifts. Schedule may vary between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM as needed. Includes approximately every other Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Position Overview We are seeking a long-term, full-time Notary Public (must be CURRENTLY COMMISSIONED) for an immediate opening. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a wide variety of daily tasks—perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and learning new skills. You must have customer service and cash handling experience. What We’re Looking For Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to work a consistent full-time schedule Some experience is preferred, but a fast learner with the right attitude will thrive here. Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus) Shipping experience (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS) and packing Copiers, printers, and office equipment Printing services (business cards, banners, large-format prints) Graphic design or commercial printing knowledge Faxing and computer rental services Mailbox rental and package handling Benefits 401(k) with 3% company match 5 paid holidays per year (after 3 months) 1 week paid vacation (after 1 year) Opportunities for raises and growth Learn more about us: #J-18808-Ljbffr
