My client is an AmLaw 15 and Vault 10 firm with one of the most distinguished private equity platforms in the world and an M&A practice that sits at the center of the market. The firm has built a meaningful and growing California footprint — with a deal flow and client roster that few firms can match.

This team is actively looking for strong mid-level M&A associates to join the firm's Los Angeles practice in Century City.

The Practice

This M&A group handles some of the most consequential sponsor-side transactions in the market — large-cap leveraged buyouts, high-profile take-privates, cross-border acquisitions, and complex portfolio company divestitures. The firm's relationships with the world's most prominent PE sponsors put its associates at the table on deals that define the industry.

This is a team that takes talent seriously. Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; strong academic credentials
• 3–5 years of M&A or corporate transactional experience at a BigLaw firm
• Meaningful exposure to the full spectrum of sponsor-side transactions — including platform acquisitions, add-on deals, take-privates, carve-outs, co-investments, and portfolio company exits
• Comfort with large, multi-party transactions and the pace they require
• California Bar admission or eligibility
