LVN or RN Charge Nurse
Job Summary:
Join our team at Hillview in Goldthwaite, TX, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care through compassion, clinical excellence, and connection. We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit
Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Qualifications:
Valid Texas Nurse License (LVN or RN)
Valid CPR Certification
I.V. Certification preferred
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
