Director of Finance

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and long-range financial strategy.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, analysis, and close processes.

• Drive cost accounting, margin analysis, and project-based financial management.
• Evaluate capital investments and provide ROI recommendations.
• Develop financial models, KPIs, and reporting tools to identify risks and opportunities.
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8-10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience within manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading teams and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Background in project-based or percentage-of-completion accounting and ERP systems.
