DFR Rentals is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused team member to join our ground operations team.

This is not just a front-desk customer service position.

You will help create a professional rental experience from the moment a customer enters our location until their vehicle is returned, while also helping keep our office, paperwork, and vehicle operations organized.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Help customers through the rental pickup and return process
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and organized customer experience
• Answer basic customer questions and communicate rental information clearly
• Help resolve customer concerns or escalate them to management when necessary
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment

Rental Paperwork & Administration

• Prepare and organize necessary rental paperwork
• Verify that required documents are completed before vehicle release
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
• Scan, file, and organize documentation
• Follow DFR procedures and checklists
• Assist with other administrative responsibilities as needed

Vehicle Onboarding & Offboarding

• Assist with adding newly acquired vehicles into the DFR fleet
• Verify vehicle information, mileage, documentation, keys, and required records
• Help prepare vehicles to become rental-ready
• Assist with removing vehicles from active service when they are sold or taken out of the fleet
• Maintain organized vehicle files and records

Office & Operational Organization

• Keep the front office clean, professional, and organized
• Maintain organized workstations, paperwork, keys, and supplies
• Perform light office cleaning throughout the day
• Help ensure vehicles and operational areas remain organized
• Identify issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member

Customer service, rental car, dealership, hospitality, administrative, or automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly and understands that the small details contribute to the overall customer experience.
