Senior Digital Optimization Manager

Leading data-driven testing initiatives, the contract Senior Digital Optimization Manager will design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance digital customer experiences across web and mobile platforms in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels, ensuring accurate execution and monitoring Analyze test results using statistical methods to provide actionable insights and develop dashboards for reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing goals and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis within a business or technical role 4+ years of hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target 4+ years of experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Strong understanding of statistical testing methodologies and best practices in experimentation Proven ability to build dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights
