No previous experience is required.

We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Assist with reporting workplace injuries and maintaining claim files. Communicate with employees, supervisors, medical clinics, and insurance representatives. Schedule appointments and follow up on employee medical visits. Enter and update information in company databases. Assist with OSHA logs and safety documentation. Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Maintain organized and confidential employee records. Support the Safety Department with administrative tasks and special projects. Learn workers' compensation procedures and safety compliance through on-the-job training. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional.
