Rippling is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale the growth engine for Rippling IT. You will fuse buyer obsession, data depth, and GTM creativity to craft repeatable growth across paid channels, cross-sell, SDR outreach, lifecycle marketing, and product launches. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, BizOps, Product, and IT leadership to diagnose bottlenecks, build scalable systems, and push high-impact GTM motions across teams.
