We are looking for an independent experienced full time administrative coordinator
for our growing business that is expanding in Florida. Our company started in Ireland
provides flood barrier protection in over 70 countries. With our new business model
DamEasy is growing quickly and needs an individual experienced in office
administrative duties to help with our growth.
Experience in the following areas is needed:
Administer and verify new hire paperwork
Manage and verify payroll accuracy and labor bills
Assist with management and tracking of accounts receivable
Assist with the over site of our installation schedule
Prepare installer packets &provide to installers
Make follow up calls to customers
Prepare permit packs for permitting as needed
Process Sales Contracts and related paperwork & make job packets
Order supplies for office and staff
Help with preparation for sales events
Manage scheduling of weekly and single occurrence meetings
Help leadership as needed
