Job Description We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Missouri City, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team. Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize various physical therapy equipment and modalities Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards Participate in regular team meetings and care planning sessions Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution Current Texas state physical therapy license Valid BLS/CPR certification Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises Experience with electronic medicalrecords (EMR) systems Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills Strong documentation and communication abilities Demonstrated experience in developing individualized treatment plans Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment Physical stamina to assist patients with exercises and movements Commitment to continuing education and professional development Additional Information What We Offer: Compensation salary of $78,000-$85,000 Therapist Incentive Program Continuing education Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership Clinical mentorship Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Family-friendly work environment Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive Job Location #J-18808-Ljbffr
