About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on the strategy, security, and execution of global corporate IT and information security functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, and operation of technology and security solutions that align with the organization's goals across multiple international operations. This role requires a combination of strategic planning and hands-on operational delivery, including the management of enterprise IT service delivery, cybersecurity operations, and regulatory and audit compliance. The VP, IT will also lead the technology integration of acquired businesses and provide on-the-ground leadership for the company's offshoring office. Candidates for the VP, IT position at the company should have a technology leadership background, with experience as a CIO, VP of IT, or Head of IT, and a proven track record in leading people and managing departmental operations. Essential qualifications include expertise in implementing InfoSec policies and solutions, experience in a regulated, multi-entity, or multi-country environment, and a strong background in digital enterprise transformation. The role demands excellent project management, vendor management, and budget-management skills, as well as the ability to attract, develop, and retain top technology talent. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong negotiator, and a communicator, with a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
