This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance executive to partner closely with the founders and Board of Directors, helping shape the future of an innovative company operating in a dynamic, mission-driven industry.

As Vice President of Finance, you’ll lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across a multi-entity global operation. You’ll develop long-term financial models, provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership, and deliver actionable insights that support growth, investment decisions, and operational excellence. Working alongside senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in evaluating strategic initiatives, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring the organization is positioned for sustainable success.

This role also oversees global accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury management, financing activities, and compliance. You’ll guide month-end close processes, strengthen financial systems and controls, support debt and equity transactions, and serve as a primary financial resource for investors, lenders, and the Board. In addition, you’ll partner with external advisors to manage regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale a growing international business.

Success in this position requires exceptional analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations. Here, you’ll have to be a collaborative partner who builds trust across teams, embraces accountability, and helps drive informed, data-based decision-making throughout the organization.

After a short on-site training period, you’ll work a hybrid schedule.
