Responsibilities: Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process Inspect vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans Order necessary parts and monitor repair progress Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed on schedule Maintain proper documentation and follow DRP and insurance guidelines Qualifications: Previous collision estimating experience required Knowledge of CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating software preferred Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claims Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment These are Open Positions Also A-Class Body Technicians - Perform structural repairs, frame pulling, and panel replacements to OEM standards. ICAR certified starting 32.00 per hour Automotive Painters - Deliver flawless color matching, mixing, and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems. Starting 30.00 per hour Paint Prep Technicians - Tape, sand, prime, and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving. Starting 25.00 per hour Automotive Detailers - Provide final buffing, polishing, and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish.
