Details Labor and Delivery unit setting 36 hours per week across 3 shifts of 12 hours each Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Every other weekend required Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active RN license (KY or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience in Labor & Delivery Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required Epic EMR experience required Additional Information Assess, develop, implement and evaluate patient plans of care using a family-centered care model Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members Facilitate patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes and cost-effective care Participate in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and practice governance initiatives American Traveler Job ID P-747724.
