What You’ll Do Greet customers promptly and create an outstanding service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections. Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the repair process via phone, text, and email. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Review completed repairs and explain services performed in a clear, professional manner. Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates. Help achieve dealership goals for customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Follow Ford and dealership processes while maintaining compliance with all policies. What We’re Looking For Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (Ford experience is a plus). Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using dealership management systems and technology. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
