Senior Customer Adoption Expert

Senior Customer Adoption Expert Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced BlackLine solutions (especially Matching) to meet complex customer requirements and drive significant business value. Provide expert technical guidance, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and ensure successful deployment and integration of BlackLine solutions. Responsibilities Design, implement, and integrate advanced technical solutions for customers. Resolve highly complex technical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Mentor and develop junior team members. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5–7 years of experience in a similar role. Salary and Compensation Salary Range: $128,000.00 – $161,000.00. Pay transparency: Placement within this range depends on factors such as applicant experience, skill set, and geographic location.
