Hotel: Nashville Residence Inn 1801 Hayes Street Nashville, TN 37203. Full time. Compensation Range: $57,000 - $64,000. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors. Community service and volunteer programs. What You Will Do Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience every day. Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure operational standards are met. Manage department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs. Oversee staffing—from interviewing to coaching—and support performance management with fairness and clarity. Train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program to keep quality top‑notch. What We Are Looking For Experience managing housekeeping teams. 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management preferred, strong hospitality insights. High school diploma or equivalent. Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office. Physically capable and flexible—able to lift 50 lbs, be on your feet during shifts, and work varied hours including weekends and holidays. Bilingual skills a plus.
