Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Cook, you will help ensure patients and staff receive nutritious and satisfying meals so they can support their health and enhance their overall hospital experience. Every day you will contribute to various aspects of food service operations within a fast-paced hospital environment. You will be expected to primarily focus on food preparation and cooking, but also flexibly assist with tray service, patient-facing interactions, and other department support duties as needed. Responsibilities: Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Is flexible and willing to support different responsibilities throughout the shift Enjoys providing excellent service to patients and staff Can adapt to changing department needs and scheduling adjustments Current scheduled hours are Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating holidays and occasional weekday coverage based on department needs. Schedules may evolve over time to support operational needs and team coverage. We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Required ~ None, upon hire Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Quantity cooking experience Six to 12 months cooking experience (in a healthcare setting).
