Job Qualifications:
- Must act as a “Brand Ambassador,” representing the company’s standards and culture at every level
- Able to stand and remain mobile for a full 12-hour shift, with the ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Demonstrated track record of achieving financial results in a kitchen leadership role
- Minimum of 3+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct kitchen staff activities to maintain smooth, efficient operations
- Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen conditions at all times, meeting health and safety standards
- Manage back-of-house food and labor costs in accordance with company policy
- Handle accounting and administrative duties tied to kitchen performance
- Step in to oversee front-of-house operations when needed, ensuring the entire restaurant runs seamlessly
- Support hiring, training, and development of kitchen team members to build a stable, high-performing crew
