Job Qualifications:

• Must act as a “Brand Ambassador,” representing the company’s standards and culture at every level
• Able to stand and remain mobile for a full 12-hour shift, with the ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Demonstrated track record of achieving financial results in a kitchen leadership role
• Minimum of 3+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct kitchen staff activities to maintain smooth, efficient operations
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen conditions at all times, meeting health and safety standards
• Manage back-of-house food and labor costs in accordance with company policy
• Handle accounting and administrative duties tied to kitchen performance
• Step in to oversee front-of-house operations when needed, ensuring the entire restaurant runs seamlessly
• Support hiring, training, and development of kitchen team members to build a stable, high-performing crew
