Express Flooring is seeking dynamic and talented Sales Consultants to drive our exciting growth and deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience. Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, providing homeowners with personalized estimates, tailored sales solutions, and innovative design options for their flooring projects. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. 2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
