Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures in a family medicine outpatient setting. Support patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling and managing patient messages. Cover front-office duties such as answering phones and supporting clinic flow as needed. Manage documentation within the Epic electronic charting system. Float within scope to meet facility needs, supporting additional clinical or administrative tasks.

Knowledge of healthcare terminology and clinical procedures. Experience with Epic electronic health records (EHR) system. Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Basic understanding of adult outpatient clinics. BLS certification.

Minimum of 6 months of healthcare experience. Valid state license, with a compact license preferred and must be in hand at submission. Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA-CS required; MA-R not accepted). Clean background policy: must comply with facility requirements (no Nursys or background hits accepted). Availability to work day shifts (5 x 8 hours), with a commitment to work three of the five designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Willingness and ability to work within a 50-mile local radius. References covering at least 6 months within the past 3 years, including at least two professional references.
