The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Analyze production costs, inventory, and supply chain efficiency to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales) to provide financial expertise and support business initiatives.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and investment opportunities, performing ROI and payback period analysis.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks to inform financial strategy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.

Bonus Qualifications
