Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard product costs.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare variance reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for production costs.
• Perform inventory valuation and reconcile physical counts to the general ledger.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare detailed cost reports for management, highlighting key trends and deviations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new costing methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Certification in relevant areas (e.g., CMA, CPA)
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
