The Senior Manager Product Manager will be accountable for the overall lifecycle, from development to production to long-term performance, of the Fixed Wing product lines within the Power Transmission Systems business at Collins Aerospace Advanced Structures business. You will be responsible for the strategy, the financial performance, and the customer outcomes tied to these products. You will own the product roadmap, balance cost, schedule, and performance, own competitiveness and capacity decisions, and serve as the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the cost, schedule, performance and on-time delivery of our products. Candidate must be detail oriented, possess critical thinking skills to provide recommendations that are in alignment with the organization’s strategy and goals, and be organizationally savvy to influence and achieve goals in a heavily matrixed structure. This position is a hybrid role, but significant on-site presence in the Rome, NY facility will be required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
