Sr Accountant

Overview We’re looking for an Accountant to join our team and help connect America. Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the consolidation of subsidiary monthly financials, analyzing financial data, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in GAAP, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with consolidation of subsidiary monthly financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards. Review subsidiary results, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce ad hoc reporting on consolidated company, department activities, industry and customer trends. Assist with projects, including process improvements, control initiatives, and system implementations. Foster professional development and technical skills. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Five to seven years of relevant work experience, preferably in public accounting. Strong knowledge of GAAP and sound analytical skills; CPA license preferred. Advanced technical skills with Microsoft Excel and other Office products. Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion Smart View, and Essbase. Experience with Google Drive and Smartsheets considered a plus. Ability to work efficiently, with attention to detail, independently and collaboratively, meet demanding deadlines, and prioritize workflow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all levels. Benefits Weekly paychecks.
