Contract to Hire
Title: Claims Service Representative
Compensation: $20/hour (conversion to salary upon perm hire)
Location: Hybrid in Farmington, MI (2 days, Tues/Wed in office)
Schedule: M-F, 8AM-4:30PM or 9A-5:30PM + 2 Saturdays/month, 8:30A-5PM
Projected Start: 11/9
Responsibilities:
-Respond to electronically submitted losses and first notice of loss calls from claimants, insured, etc.
-Respond to calls on established claims and determine appropriate actions
-Perform rental reservations, appraisal assignments, towing, Express Claim shops, etc.
-Use scripts and transcribe client data into company system
-Utilize workflows to initiate claims activities
Qualifications:
-Undergraduate degree preferred; High School diploma/equivalent required
-Experience in service, financial, or hospitality industry highly preferred
-At least 6 months of call center and/or office experience required
-Collaborative team player, with technology skills and attention to detail
