Move Coordinator

Now Hiring: Move Coordinator | Sanders Moving, an Agent of Allied Van Lines As a Move Coordinator, you'll guide customers through their move from the time it's booked until delivery is complete. You'll work closely with our sales, operations, and dispatch teams, as well as outside partners, to make sure every detail is handled. What you'll do: Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their move Review surveys and estimates to make sure every service is accounted for and scheduled Confirm dates, addresses, and move details with customers, and keep them updated along the way Coordinate crews, drivers, and third-party service providers Prepare move paperwork and keep records accurate in our move management system Work with our van line partner on long-distance shipments Answer incoming calls and help new customers, working closely with our sales team Learn to provide estimates for residential, commercial, and storage services Support projects for interior designers and commercial clients, from receiving and storage to final delivery What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills by phone and email Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple moves and deadlines A customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset Comfort learning new software and systems Moving, logistics, or customer service experience preferred, but we'll train the right person High school diploma or equivalent What we offer: Health, dental, vision, IRA company match #J-18808-Ljbffr
